CIBIO-Azores is organising the 9th edition of the BIOLISLE Spring Seminar on 28 and 29 May

The event brings together national and international researchers at the University of the Azores in Ponta Delgada

CIBIO-Azores is organising the 9th edition of the BIOLISLE Spring Seminar on 28 and 29 May, a scientific event to be held in Amphitheatre VIII at the University of the Azores’ Ponta Delgada campus. The initiative aims to publicise the research projects and activities carried out by the centre, as well as its science outreach activities, promoting the sharing of knowledge among researchers and dialogue with the public.

The seminar will be attended by students and researchers from the University of the Azores, as well as external guests from nationally and internationally renowned institutions.

Over the course of two days, participants will have the opportunity to present and discuss topics related to biodiversity, biogeography, ecology, palaeontology, geography, tourism and other fields of the natural sciences, strengthening collaborative networks and promoting the internationalisation of research carried out in the Azores.
